One thing I don't think I'll ever get tired of making is my owls. Just something about them makes me smile. We got a custom order for a set of bride and groom owls in a shade of green to match the succulent plants on the happy couple's wedding cake. The bride-to-be was quite happy with the way they turned out!
And keeping with the theme of owls, I wanted to make something in relation to upcoming graduations. How perfectly fitting for a wise owl to be in a graduation cap complete with tassle and a diploma under his wing. 
I think this would look really cute on top of a graduation cake and it would be a wonderful keepsake for the graduate :)
